you have to download the eGo maps seperately. Just go to Downloads and scroll down and you'll see the all the custom maps (incl 21 guns)

download the .rez files and put them into them custom folder in applications/no one lives forever/nolf/custo m.
then download NOLF Mod Handler and start it: Homepage

then load the maps you want.

so when i put this file into my command line i can play FI_training etc...?

it is normal, if you check the file has a size of 1.04 GB.
